OUR OBJECTIVES

Solomon Mugondi is the founder and Managing Director of the SoLey Group. During a career in the Royal Air Force that spanned over twenty years, Solomon went on to establish a highly successful career, working in various roles in group management, leadership, and engineering. A businessman and entrepreneur at heart, it was during this period that he started his first property investment enterprise, drawing on the unique skills honed during both his air force and business careers. This ultimately led to the creation of the SoLey Group, as the business extended its focus from portfolio building to small-scale development projects. 

Very much a family man, Solomon is devoted to wife Leyla and their five children and is passionate about establishing a family legacy through the SoLey Group’s work. He still manages to find the time to indulge his passion for personal development, an interest that has followed him from his time in the armed forces and throughout his business career.

Andrew Goddard is a trained management accountant with over 25 years experience working exclusively in the construction industry. He is the Financial Director of various companies and understands the unique challenges the industry has. He is very commercially minded, specialising in cash management, optimising job profitability and completely managing a SME’s finance function.

Andrew is very passionate about property and has developed a number of properties himself. Everything from doing up a house and adding bedrooms, to full barn conversions and new builds. He is very keen on producing a top quality product that comes in on budget and time and is fit for purpose.

Along with his wife they also run a successful holiday cottage letting business. 
The opportunity to work with Solomon in SoLey Group is a very exciting one. He looks forward to adding value and expertise to the business and help create what he is sure will be a very successful enterprise.

Dan has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed both commercial and project management roles on behalf of contractors & developers in the UK, Caribbean and Middle East, spanning new build, renovation, and refurbishment projects within the residential sectors. Dan has also gained extensive experience in the commercial sectors of marine, leisure, education, healthcare, commercial and retail with projects ranging from £50k to £3.8b.

His years of experience working in the industry coupled with his success of buying, renovating, and selling multiple previous properties provides him with an invaluable degree of expertise and knowledge.

Following a demand by clients for project management services, Dan founded in early 2020 Syndicate Project Management to provide tailored Project Management Services to Developers, and with a growing client portfolio the business looks set to be as successful as his other companies.
